2011-2015

Where are living now?
Columbus, Ohio

What are you doing now?
Sales

Did you play collegiately?
John Carroll University

What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
Beating Watterson in OT at Hagley up to our knees in mud to win the CCL and punch our ticket to the playoffs. We all drove back to DeSales and drank from the winners cup and all the students came too.

What made playing for DeSales so special?
It just felt different, felt like it meant more than just high school football. I was always very aware of what those who came before us and the standard they set. We cared a lot about what it meant to represent DeSales.

What was your best game?
St. Charles senior year we won 40-0, had a handful of pancakes and had a couple sacks and even a scoop and score (it got called back but I count it).

What was it like playing for Coach Wiggins?
Wiggins is a good dude, very chill. He’s an old school guy but never really was a screamer, when he did get mad you knew you screwed up though. He was very good to me and the main reason I continued playing In college and that ended up being such a great decision for me so I owe him a lot.

Do you still follow DeSales, if yes, how closely?
I listen when I can but I check pouring purple every Friday. I don’t think anyone in Ohio High school sports is doing it like pouring purple and Tom!
