Where are living now?
Columbus
Did you play collegiately?
Yes. One year at Wittenberg.
What are you doing now?
I am in construction sales for a company called Interior Supply.
Married? Children?
No.
What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
I have two, one was pancaking the guy from LaSalle on extra point for making fun of my rec specs. Second was when I took the kick out blocker straight back into the running backs arms and then tackled him for a 5/6 yard loss against Watterson (click here for the clip).
What made playing for DeSales so special?
The cheesy answer is everything from the coaches to the fans to my teammates. The other answer is that it’s hard to explain what makes it’s so special. There is a different feeling you get when you put that jersey on and step out on that field. You have a sense of pride and honor you want to uphold when you look down and see ‘DeSales’ across your chest. It gave me goosebumps back then and it gives goosebumps to this day.
What was it like playing for Coach Wiggins?
I loved playing for Coach Wiggins. He was/is a great coach! He knows how to get the best out of all his players and his coaches. He made me feel like I was playing for/with my family.
What was your best game?
My best overall game was against Watterson my senior year.
Do you still follow DeSales, if yes, how closely?
Yes, I haven’t been to many games recently but I do listen to my guy Pouring Purple Tom!
