What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
I’ve made countless great memories during my time at DeSales, but nothing compares to the experiences from my junior season. From an undefeated regular season to winning the CCL Championship and making a deep playoff run, finishing 13-1 it was a year to remember. The bonds we formed and the moments we shared as a team are memories I’ll carry with me forever.
What made playing for DeSales so special?
The tradition at DeSales is something truly special. The tradition is built on excellence both on and off the field. It began long before I ever stepped foot in Alumni Stadium. Over my four years, I did everything I could to uphold that standard, with the hope that those who come after me will take on the same responsibility and continue the legacy.
What was your best game?
The first games that come to mind are the Watterson matchups during my junior and senior seasons. The junior year game is unforgettable. It became known as the “Mud Bowl” at Hagley Field. I recorded two safeties that night, making it one of the most memorable games of my high school career.

My senior year Watterson game was even more meaningful. It was senior night and my final time wearing a DeSales uniform. That night, I had one of the wildest plays of my career: I intercepted a hook-and-ladder attempt and returned it for a touchdown. It was the perfect way to close out my time on the field with my teammates.
What was it like playing for Coach Wiggins?
Coach Wiggins has had a tremendous impact on my life, and he’s someone I’ll always be grateful for. He was more than just a coach, he was a mentor. Without his guidance, I wouldn’t have achieved what I did at DeSales or continued my football journey into college. He pushed me every day to be my best and helped me navigate the challenges of the recruiting process. I have a deep respect for him, and I’m truly blessed to have played under his leadership..
