Married?  Children?
Married Maggie in June of 2016 and have to kids; Laken is 4 and Jax 3 years old

What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
This is a tough question! I was fortunate to start as a sophomore, along with Grant Bowman, in 42 varsity games, three being state championship games, so I have so many great memories to reflect on. Starting as a sophomore in the opening game of the season against a big time D1 school, Toledo St. John, was an awesome experience! Beating Watterson four years in a row is pretty special. But the fondest memory has to be winning back-to-back D3 state titles with my teammates and coaches!

What made playing for DeSales so special?
Playing football at DeSales was special for me because I was able to build a unique lifelong bond with friends and coaches that will last a lifetime!

What was your best game?
My best game would have to be the last time I ever put on the purple jersey in the D3 state title game my senior year. My teammates, coaches, family, and the Stallion Fans made it possible for me and my team to go out a champion! Statistically, I was able to make a few tackles on defense and special teams. I did have two interceptions which was made possible by the D-line. Overall, the stats didn’t matter, what mattered was that winning feeling with with your brothers in your last high school football game!

What was like playing for Coach Jacoby?
Playing for Bob Jacoby was a privilege and an honor. The way he was able to get us to believe in everything he had us do and to really commit to something bigger than oneself was unbelievable!

Do you still follow DeSales, if yes, how closely?
I do follow the Stallions, especially because they are in the same division and region as the team I currently coach for. Unfortunately, DeSales beat the team I coached for in the 2016 regional final.
