All-Ohio Honors for four Stallions

Four Stallions were named to the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association All-Ohio Teams, which were announced today (12/8). Senior offensive lineman Jalen Carpenter and senior punter were named Second Team All-Ohio. Sophomore linebacker Max Shulaw earned Third Team All-Ohio honors, while senior two-way player Rechee Smith was recognized as Honorable Mention.

Carpenter started all 12 games at left tackle and finished his career with 19 starts. Carpenter also recorded 20 tackles on defense as a part-time player and was second on the team with 10 tackles for loss.

In his second year as the starting punter, Wallace-Dilling averaged 38 yards per punt on 44 attempts and pinned opponents inside the 20 yard line 15 times.

Linebacker Max Shulaw led the Stallions this season with 92 tackles, 14 for a loss, and scored three defensive touchdowns.

Smith led the Stallions with four interceptions and became the 8th player in DeSales history to surpass the 500-yard receiving plateau in a single season.
