Eric Holleman '80, quarterback
The first edition of the "Where Are They Now?" in 2016 is the quarterback of the program's first back-to-back CCL Championship, Eric Holleman. Eric helped lead the Stallions to the 1978 and 1979 league titles.

On Friday, former Stallion Football player Chi Chi Ariguzo '10 was signed by the Detroit Lions. Last year, Ariguzo spent the 2015 season on Reserve/Injured with the San Diego Chargers. He entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Chargers last season out of Northwestern, where he made 39 career starts and finished 10th all-time in Northwestern History with 333 tackles.
Senior defensive back Jared Noble verbally committed to the University of Pennsylvania. Last year, Noble started eight games at four different positions (3 - cornerback, 3 - outside linebacker, 1 - safety, 1 - receiver) for the 10-2 Stallions. The 5-10 175 National Honor Society member recorded a career-high 29 tackles and led the team with three interceptions.
St. Francis DeSales senior Chris Stoll verbally committed to Penn State University as preferred walk-on long snapper. Last year, Stoll primarily served as the team's long snapper, but also started two games at quarterback, including a Division-III Regional Quarterfinal game against Chillicothe. This summer, the 6-3, 220 pounder was named a Ray Guy Prokicker.com Top Prospect Award winner.
Today, Junior Ty Van Fossen received his sixth offer from Boston College! This is his first offer from the Atlantic Coast Conference. Ty also holds offers from Bowling Green, Eastern Kentucky, Miami University, Kent State, and Akron University!
Defensive Line Coach Jason Wiggins was named the Ohio Football Coaches Association Division-III Assistant of the Year! Coach Wiggins, from the SFD class of 1996, will be entering his 14th season as an assistant coach. Throughout his tenure, he's helped several lineman earn All-Ohio honors.
This week Coach Ryan Wiggins announced that Tim Bahen will return to St. Francis DeSales to assist Jimmy Frissora with the Offensive Line. Coach Bahen previously served as an assistant for the Stallions from 1986-89 and 2007-11. He has coached four All-Ohio lineman in five seasons as an OL Coach at DeSales (Patrick Omameh, Jake Smith, Travis Jackson and Alex Vance) and has been a Head Coach at Bishop Ready, Buckeye Local, Pickerington North, and most recently, at Fairfield Union (twice).
