The seventh edition of "Where Are They Now" for the 2024 season, presented by Ben Aucoin, State Farm Agent, Ryan Corkrean ‘17.
Corkrean was a three year letter-winner, who started 39 consecutive games at linebacker and 21 at tight end on three CCL Championship Teams from 2014-2016. He finished with 249 career tackles, including 83 as a senior on a Regional Championship team and was named Second Team All-Ohio. The Academic All-Ohio player led the Stallions in tackles in 2015 and 2014.
Corkrean went on to play collegiately at Ashland, where he was a two-year starter at linebacker, and in 33 games he recorded 179 tackles, in a career cut short due to Covid-19 in 2020. As a sophomore, he was named Second Team All-GLIAC, in addition to being recognized on the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team. In his final season, he set a career-high with 81 stops and was recognized as Honorable Mention All-GLIAC.
