DeSales rushed for 282 yards against the Bengals, led by Nick Gentile's 69 yards and three touchdowns. Warren Ball also crossed the goal line twice as the Stallions improved to 5-5 overall. The night before, Gahanna Lincoln - a team DeSales beat in week 1 - upset Groveport Madison to set up a win-and-in scenario the following evening for the Stallions in Cleveland.
