A pair of Stallion Football seniors made their college selections this weekend. Lineman Drew McLuckie committed to the University of Findlay on Friday and placekicker Dominic DiMaccio committed to the University of Missouri. Both will sign National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, February 1, as part of National Signing Day.
McLuckie was a three-year starter for DeSales, making 34 starts on the offensive line and 23 starts at defensive end. The 6-foot-4 210 pounder was named Second Team All-Ohio as an offensive lineman and helped pave the way for a Stallion rushing attack that amassed 3,996 yards.
For the past two seasons, DiMaccio served as the team's primary punter and placekicker. As a senior, Dominic was recognized as a Second Team All-Ohio selection after scoring 96 points. DiMaccio also earned Second Team All-Ohio honors as a junior.
St. Francis DeSales will host a Signing Day ceremony after school on Wednesday, February 1.
