Drew Selegue, a sophomore starting defensive tackle, made two stops and recorded his first collegiate sack in his team’s 34-16 win over Muskingum last Saturday. For the season, the 6-foot, 260 pounder has made four tackles in two starts for the Crusaders. Last year, the former Stallion appeared in nine games, started fou of them and recorded 11 tackles, including a career-high five against Muskingum last season.
While at DeSales, Drew was a two-year starter on the offensive line and played both ways as a senior on the 2014 Regional Runner-up team. He was named Honorable Mention All-Central District and was a part of an offensive line that paved the way for an offense that rushed for 3,840 yards and had two 1,000 yard rushers.
