DeSales 49, Hamilton Township 6, final.

The Stallions captured the program's 11th Regional Championship after a 49-6 win over Hamilton Township.  With the victory, DeSales improved to 13-0 and will play Akron Archbishop Hoban in a Division-III State Semifinal on Saturday, November 26.  

The Stallion defense held Hamilton Township -25 yards rushing in the first half and 2-of-14 on 3rd downs for the game.  Ryan Corkrean returned an interception 39 yards for a touchdown. 

Alonzo Booth rushed for 188 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries, his 13th multi-score game.  Junior quarterback Cole Silvestri rushed for a touchdown (22) and threw for 104 yards with two passing touchdowns.   Joe Arnold had one of those scoring receptions, from 51-yards out and also returned an offensive fumble 55 yards for a touchdown as the Stallions won their 54th playoff game.  

For the game, the Stallions tallied 410 yards of offense (on 35 plays, 11.7 yards per play) the second highest of the season.  DeSales has now scored 574 points on the season, a school record.  

For Head Coach Ryan Wiggins, it's his 16th playoff win and third Regional Championship.
